If you would like to return an item please e-mail returns@egoclothing.co.uk for a Authorisation number. Any items sent back without one could be refused back into our returns department.

 

All items must be in there original condition, with all tags still attached and unworn otherwise the return will be rejected.

 

Please note that we offer a 7 Days returns policy under the distance selling act. The 7 days returns starts from the day you recieve the goods to the date that we physically recieve them back to ourselfs.

 

Please note that a full refund will be issued for any items that are returned included the postage cost that you paid originally in the initial order, however any return postage costs are your reponsibilty and we will not refund these.

 

We also advise that any returnsyou send to use a signed for service with insurance in case your item goes missing in the post.

 

Please also note that we will try and process any refunds within a week however under the distance selling rules we have up to 30 days to issue this.

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
